As many of the items that we offer are antique pieces, they will have picked up marks and blemishes over the years – this is what gives antique furniture its character. We restore the furniture in a sympathetic way, carrying out repairs in a traditional manner; this means that the furniture can then be used and enjoyed today without losing its charm. Some of the signs of age will still be evident but we believe that is all part and parcel of antique furniture.
If you are purchasing an item from us then please do take a good look at the photos; if you require any further photos then please just ask and we will be happy to email these to you. Please also feel free to ask any questions concerning any work that might have been carried out.
If you have purchased a piece of furniture from us and on arrival it was not quite what you expected then we will be happy to accept returns. All we ask is that you let us know within 7 days of receipt and that you return the item to us at your expense within 28 days of receipt, in the same condition as when it left our showrooms. We will then issue a refund of the purchase price (not the delivery charge) by way of the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
